I try to maintain a balance between work, familiy and my personal free zone. When I feel a need for beauty, I turn toward art, especially music. I like cinema of controversial questions that empowers the spectator to think instead of contenting himself with consumption. When I want to feel more alive, I reconnect to nature. I deal with frustration throwing away stuff I no longer need. I enjoy learning new things. Two most important things I have learnt lately is that time is the most valuable good in life, and that my life feels meaningful when I feel of use. I can form strong attachements to people, places, things, but I am also able to let them go, when persisting does not make any good or is harmful. I appreciate small things in life. I am rather an early bird, I love Italian food full of sun and the atmoshere of scandinavian detective novels. I never diet (I actually tried once, but after two days without pastries, I almost died). I value my life, so as a cyclist, I always wear a high visibility vest, even if reluctantly for the colour is not very flattering against the complection of my skin. When I meet new people, first of all I prefer to listen to them, insted of speaking myself, for I heard so many times what I have to say. By the way, I am currently abroad, I will be back in Dublin in about half a year.
