Like 99.9 percent of the other men on this site, I could reel off a monologue of my interests, likes/dislikes, life story, ideal partner etc in the vain hope that something catches your eye, but I won't! We would then have nothing to talk about when we meet in person. Don't have a "type", it's something that you "know" when you first meet. However, you must be at least tolerant of my hobbies/interests like I will be of yours; after all they form part of who we are! My life experience to date means that I know what I DON'T want; namely people who mess you about. Life's too short for such hassles! This may sound blunt, but I believe in being upfront from the start. Remember that if I've taken the trouble to message you, it's only common courtesy to reply, even if it's "no thanks". Profiles and photos tell but a small part about someone. Much prefer chatting on the phone then meeting in person to see whether the "spark", "chemistry" or whatever you want to call it is there. I've built a good life for myself which I love as it stands; however, having that special someone to share it with will make it that much deeper and meaningful. My big deal breakers (in descending order of importance) are if you smoke, want children (I don't mind if you already have children, just don't want any of my own), drink heavily, do drugs, are married/attached or otherwise unable to have an exclusive relationship with me.
