Hi I'm an x panel beater and sprayer who likes to do anything with d I y and look after my home enjoy driving exploring the county and I love animals dogs and cats not working Any moor because of the disabilities I have with my back got three slip disc's in the lower back and sciatica through the body still can do day to day things on a steady basis just can't walk very far on long walks' like to go out for a meal now and again but I don't drink alcohol at all because of the medication that I take. my days for nightclubbing have long gone just the quiet small pubs in the evenings once in a while, I could say I'm more of a house and garden man these days but I will always try to help others in every way I can especially the ones that I love I'm a very quiet guy, not much to say unless I have to I'm loving-kindness and affectionate
